Processed data and purposes:

  • Navigation data:
    The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify users. 1. Membership matters:
When becoming a member of the EuCER Council, we collect information about you, such as your name, position, organisation name, work address, email, and phone number, data related to your activities, including how you interact with us via correspondence or by attending our meetings, and any other data that you provide voluntarily, then storing them in our database.

2. Business interactions and correspondence:
We may obtain your personal data via business interactions, such as when you contact us or we contact you to pursue our mission and objectives in general, when we receive your business card or your business details directly from you, from third parties, or from public available databases, or if you communicate with us via email or other ways, sharing information. Your personal data are in this case processed in order to pursue business relationships and to keep you informed about our activities.
